For every competition, there must be rules, and here they are.

  1. You may nominate any fics that are in the wrestling fan fiction genre. Nominate your fics, nominate a friend's fics, or nominate a really great fic that you just happened to stumble on. As long as it is in the wrestling genre and fits into the given categories, all is good.

  2. An author may only be nominated once in a category. It's not really fair to have one author nominated six times for Best Song-Fic while everyone else is only nominated once, but remember, there is always next season to nominate.

  3. Make sure the fic you are nominating is in the correct category. This has never been an issue, but I still need to say it.

  4. A link back to Library Awards if you have a site is much appreciated, but not required. Putting a link on your site will only generate more votes however so it's still a good idea to link back if you can.

  5. If your fic won in a category last season, do not nominate that same fic for that category this season. You can do it next season, but not this one. For example: Superman347 won Best Romantic Fic last season with her fic Roasting Marshmallows. That cannot be nominated in that category this season, but a different one by that author may be.

  6. All nominated fics MUST include the required information listed on the Nominate page. Any nominations that do not have all of the information included, will not be listed.

  7. You must include a valid link to your fic. I do not accept links from groups or forums because your fic needs to be viewable by the public for voters to read. But a link from ff.net, your own site, or another archive site is great. If your fics are currently not hosted on a publicly viewable site, head on over the the Library's new Open Archives and upload your fics there. It's simple and easy and it gives you a quick link to your fic.

  8. No OC's may be nominated in any categories which are not designated for OC's. Therefore, I should not see any OC's nominated for anything other than Best OC or Best OC/Wrestler or Diva.

  9. Vote once and only once. I go through and check IP's and if I notice more than one of the same IP I throw them all out! I had a huge problem with this previous seasons and hope to not have it again.
